Once a challenge junkie, always a challenge junkie. This past week, with the whole DD unveiling and the huge excitement that added to my already not too boring life, I GOT NO SLEEP AT ALL!! (slight exaggeration) so when I looked at the crazy suit site last night after telling myself I realllly needed to skip this week so I could sleep....I said, Thank you GOD, it's so crazy I can forget about it. Too bright for me. Hmmmmm.....but then everytime I woke up last night I thought about that polka dot suit......so I got up early this morning to play! :# Once a challenge junkie, always a challenge junkie...LOL. I had not colored this hydrangea in a while, so decided to go with that instead of a rose like he has on his suit. Today I am taking 5 grand daughters under age 6 to a very fancy little tea house. One has a fractured growth plate which happened this week in a sledding accident. This should be interesting. Just might be the longest lunch in history, a Victorian teahouse with a grandma, 3 moms, a great grandma, #my mom) and then Tovah 6, Layla 5, Lami with the fractured growth plate in her knee 4, Brooklyn 21 months, and Olivia Lou, 18 months. Maybe you could all say a prayer for us?
Okay, I did the inspiration challenge, my fav, and all is right with the world. Happy Saturday everyone!

Your tea party sounds so wonderful and I can just imagine the memories the ladies will have and smile about for years to come. Your card is so beautiful and dramatic, thanks for sharing another of your creations.

Hmmmmm....that lunch ought to be VERY interesting!! More than I would take on, I'm afraid!! But lucky you with those DGDs. We have only 2, and they are 13. A better age for Tea!! Love your beautiful hydrangea with the ribbon!! And congrats again, GF!

Now that IS one beautiful hydrangea, Karen. I visited the garden where I took the photo I sent you this week, and I must admit I spent far more time admiring the dead skeleton flowers than I did the blooming ones in September - except that then I was making sure to get a good photo for you . This I could look at for a long time, though.
Hope you had a great family outing.
