This is for two challenges: today's CAS93 to use the sketch found HERE and one of the {ippity} release week challenges, INRC2FALL2010, to create a card with scallops and {ippity} stamps!
Well, I certainly tried to make this CAS, but somewhere along the way it got a little too busy somehow and I'm not sure that it's still CAS. I probably should have stayed with a solid red background instead of that pretty red/white poinsettia one. Oops!
That lovely jumbo scallop die cut came in a RAK from the very lovely Lisa Lara, who took pity on me recently when she read that I have no die cutting tools and offered to cut me some. She sent a fantastic selection of wonderful die cuts, and I am so pleased to be using one of these treasures for the first time. Thanks so much, Lisa!!
This is another card for my stash of Christmas thank you notes.
Thanks for taking a look!
Emily

Hey, a CAS is a CAS if only in your mind when you started. I do the same thing. It's very rare I end up CAS. Your mixture of colors, dp and diecuts are wonderful. How fortunate for you to receive them. I really love your card and hope you'll be able to send out those TU cards whilst attending the AA meetings from all those margaritas!! LOL!! TFS!

How could you not use this gorgeous paper? How sweet of Lisa Lara to send you the die cuts. Aren't SCSer's the best? Very pretty thank you notes, Emily.
