Ok, ok....this is the last time that I try the embedded image technique with this image!!! You won't have to see it again.........LOL! However, I think I finally accomplished what I set out to do on Monday when Holly issued the challenge.
The photography is not great, but if you look CLOSELY at the lower right hand corner of my image, you can see a glimmer of a swirl around the tree..........IRL, as you move the image, the shimmer of swirl goes around the tree. Very cool! The other two tries I stamped the swirls first. This time, I stamped the tree frist and then 2 coats of clear ep, then stamped the swirls with Versamark and added Holograph ep. Then finally gave me the effect that I was after. Whew!!!! LOL!
What do you think?

Wow Leslie this is impressive. First I like that tree stamp-awesome. Then I love those die cuts-perfect with the tree stamp. And then, the pretty Poinsettia accent. What a darling Christmas card. Fabulous work!

Holy schmokes Les! You got skilz!!!! Sistah, after reading how you achieved this look, I think I would run and hide (in the stamp closet, of course...) What a beautiful affect. Love that nestie coupled with the scallop border too. Beautiful work Sistah! LYMI

Lesley,
You may have posted this last year, but I just found it and I love the look of it. I'm going to experiment with this technique and see what I can come up with. TFS.
