Normally I lean toward a quite literal interpretation on the Inspiration Challenge, but this time made a book themed card based on the color scheme and tiny flowers of cookies 20 and 21 on the website Better Bit of Butter Cookies found here:
I paperpieced the books, stacked them up, tied with a bow and popped them up on a Nestabilities Labels One which was sponged in the die. I colored the "pages" of the stamped books with copics. The sentiment book panel was made with Nestabilities Labels Seven and the edges are popped up to give the effect of pages, etc. The tiny flowers are punched and the edges sponged. The sentiment was computer generated.

First, let me say I love the books! Being an avid reader, I am drawn to book images and haven't been able to find many. The paper-piecing is very colorful; and when I bought that nestie it was because I thought it looked like an open book. I love your card and have put it into my favorites! Great job.
