Wendy gave us the challenge to do a bird themed card for today....and to use a color that we usually don't gravitiate toward. My "like to avoid" color is mustard, curry, whatever you like to call it. Sort of a sickly yellow in my mind, but sometimes it is perfect. I once read in a needlepoint book that there is no "ugly" color...just one in need of another color to make it look GOOD! How true!

Oh, your card is gorgeous. I'm not much of a yellow fan either but this looks fab. So, do you needlepoint? I did before my card obsession.

WOW... so many things in common... I don't like yellows either... or I don't use many... and I also use to do needlepoint, crewel, and all kinds of needle work things... but now... like Benzi... obsessed with my paper arts...
This card is delightful Sally... I love the softness of the colors that are all delightfully blended to create this wonderful card... love it all.
