I tried a couple of things I'd never done before. First I used the 1 1/4 circle punch on a large post in note and used it for a templete for my scallops. I wheeled over it with the Very Vintage wheel in Early Espresso. The other challenge today for ways to use it is ribbon without a bow or knot. So, I have never tried gathering with tape underneath. My lace was done that way. You can't see them but I put teeny tiny pearls on the scallops.
