I've been noticing all the fun at MotherMark's Tea Party and didn't want to miss out so I'm joining in today. Today's full story: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
Abner, the abdominable snowman wasn't very happy when Shaun White showed up to secretly train for the Olympics on his territory. Shaun wanted to make him happy by giving him snowboarding lessons but Abner said no. No, to anything revolving around white because that is all that is in his life...white snow, white everything, everywhere.
The Tea Party group decided to try to help Shaun bring a splash of color into Abner's life so he would be happy and let Shaun go on with his training.
I thought we could carry this little bird, flower, and a pod full of millions of flower seeds. The bird can scatter the seeds around and in a few days there will be a meadow of red flowers for Abner. He will be smiling from ear to ear and Shaun can go ahead with his training and everyone will be happy.
The little bird is a bit afraid of Abner and is giving him a friendly hi but hoping he doesn't step on him with his big feet.
You girls can go ahead and do the Loop-de-Loop without me. That is a bit dangerous. Several years ago I broke my right leg, left foot, and right wrist just walking around my patio. Yes, it's true!! So, you can imagine what would happen if I tried that.
Maybe I can just go along and watch. Congrats to anyone that gets that yummy, hot soup.

I can't wait to see those 42,000 red poppies!
Welcome to the Tea Party. You certainly created a great story (too bad the patio accident was not just a part of the creative idea!).
Your card is stunning with the scoring and the contrast of bright red on white - with that little bird looking like he is trying to figure out how to break into the pod!

Love this red cas card Brenda! What a neat idea to have seeds planted, that will surely make for a wonderful garden soon. The little birdie is so cute. WOW card. TFS
