This week the Twisted Sister Challenge is to use an SCS challenge or technique and make a humorous card. I needed a very special card this week for Hayden, a 3 yr. old with Retinoblastoma. Please see this thread, and send a card to cheer this lil one if you are able.
I wanted to make my card with dimension and texture, since Hayden may not have good vision while in treatment. The background is from a felt sheet the size of a placemat (from Mike's 'sticker' aisle). It feels like furr! The eyes on the cat have a coat of CE. The leaves are from Terrific Tulips and were stamped on Old Olive and sponged with the same, have been textured and cut out. The main image of the kitty is from my buddy Shirt. Once colored, the huge image was way too big for the SC I chose, so I scanned him, re-sized and cut him out too.
Thanks for looking!

Oh, no, this is Rocky. I hope MM has not discovered he has escaped and made it to CA. This is so cute, love the animal print you added, the leaves-yes they look real and the great coloring. You knocked this one out of the ball park.
