Lois aka Clownmom gave this week's challenge at the StampinB. It is to make a red, white, and blue card but make it non-patriotic. I had fun with this one. Those ladies make gorgeous cards...take a look!
I stamped my Inspired by Nature stamp three times just using the bloom part of the image. (I love that set).
I embossed around one coneflower with an oval nestie and heat embossed the other flowers in white, cut out, and popped over the stamped ones. Used my Martha Stewart bird punch for a border inside and out, embossed the sentiment, added a couple brads, punched corners, and it's finished!

Oh, I am happy to see that bird-on-a-wire punch used here!! I had never seen it before, until last week at Michaels. I just couldn't resist it, but I haven't had a chance to use it yet. It looks soooo pretty with your coneflowers too! I love how you highlighted the one flower with the embossing. Great card, Benzi!

I like all the popped-up elements on your card, Benzi. And the nestie-embossed look of your background is super cool! Thanks for playing along with us.
