Or the art of taking a sketch and a story and simplifying it! Hello everyone, here is my take on the MMSC sketch this week. I am so sorry I didn't make it last week, my oh my, am I tired...ooops, but that is another story!!! This week the gals at mmsc have the coolest sketch (which I'll be working on flipping back up later on) I just saw this as an opportunity to go "zen". LOL Well, with me it is always wacky zen thank you! If you want to try it, the link is here:
We have several theories from our Duchess Nut herself LOL It involves Jerry Lee Lewis. Then we have the green apple one. (we need to be nice to the elderly now, so I won't say anything about that one...LOL. Then there's a contraption from Ireland that Sabrina told us about, but does it have anything to do with the mystery...I don't know. Another one is the magic apple, which for some reason makes me wonder if Joanne hasn't been picking something else in this field... Meanwhile, Bertie and me (that's me, Maxie) are just having a couple of some fine apple martinis, right here in the shade of the blue apple tree I found...talk about your magic...or too much of those drinkies until Bobby calls. By the way, here is the recipe for it, it's in french, but as they say...a picture is worth 42000 words.lol) Hold on now Duchess, go easy on the vodka!!!

Bertie wrote Moxie in her post and so I thought Moxie was Bertie's alter ego and all the while it was Maxie and that bes bein' you! Bertie causes confusion whereever she goes! Anyhow, the least you could have done was to invite us to the luncheon with detective what's his name! Oh man!
Peggy your card is adorable and I love the way you did the green apples using the brads! Wonderful!

Looks like some body is delirious with them delirium cocktails, trees are not blue and apples are not green, well unless they grown in Indianapolis, or is it Minneapolis? I never could quite get the words to that song!!
Ahem, Annie thinks these apples need a bit more ripenin before pickin, but she loves your card!! So fun to see ya at the tea party!!

Hi Peggy, Can you send an Apple Martini my way? Your card is perfect for your story. It also reminded me that I have a tree stamp similar to this one that has still never seen ink! I must dig it out.... Michelle
