Measurements: My advice is to print the layout and cut it apart to get a curved panel template, I will give the end width of 2 1/8” on the left and 1 7/8” on the right, this includes the blue borders
Circles: top left – 1 3/8”, bottom right 1 5/8” both measurements include the blue border – both are cut with Nestabilites
-My curved panel is opposite of the layout because I embossed it backwards by mistake and decided after messing up a second one that this one will work just fine!
-I used Fiskars scallop scissors for the curved panelÂ’s blue border.
-Prismacolor pencils were used to add shading to the snowmanÂ’s face and hat.
-Stickles were used to add sparkle to the face.
-Diamond Glaze was applied to the nose.
-The grey hat, red band, gold buckle and scarf were all paper pieced.
-For the Cuttlebug negative effect embossing technique - click here. This technique was done on the curved panel and the envelope. I also made two score lines on the envelope.
-The circle sentiment was created on the computer in Microsoft Word. If you would like to download the file you can find it in this thread in post #3.
I tried to find this in Word Perfect and my Windows XP program does not offer it.

WOW! My kids and I think you create some of the most beautiful cards. They have this crispy feel to them. This one is so darn cute with the snowflakes looking like they are falling around the snowman.

Gorgeous!! I love the effect of the negative embossing (which I have still not mastered) with the snowflakes on top. That is so evocative of a snowstorm, with the swirls.
Loved this sketch, although my first thought was Help!!
