These are some paperclip bookmarks I made for a couple of craft fairs I'm doing. I used the tutorial under "resources" and SassiAngel's version using the glue gun (E-6000 really smells). I also added a strip of matching cardstock on the sides between the 2 scallops to hide the messy inside where the clip was glued to the paper/cardboard. I cut it about 3/16" wide and glued it with scor-tape. It gave the bookmarks a nice finished look and wasn't really that much more work.
This also shows the "packaging" I ended up using for them. It's just a bookmark sleeve (cut 1/2" off top) with a piece of cardstock cut and scored to fold over it. The backing is 7" x 2 1/4" and scored at 1". I used a glue dot to adhere the sleeve to the backing close to the bottom so it would stay in place.
