I made this ribbon box myself using a Sterlite "Show Off" that I bought at Walmart (UPC 73149 89443). I can't remember how much I paid for it, but I'm sure it was under $5. I measured and drilled the holes in it myself. There are 24 holes on one side and 21 on the other. It holds all of the SU grosgrain on one side and the narrow organdy and gingham on the other. I put a few of my spare rolls in the ends to make a tight fit so the spools stand up. I love it because the top snaps on and has a handle for easily moving it around.
NOTE: There are NO dowels in this box! I have been asked several times how I did the dowel, but I specifically wanted a dowless system, because I take the rolls in and out so much and the dowels were driving me crazy!
See my gallery for the inside view of the box.

I've had SO many questions about this box. Here are a couple of answers:
What size drill bit? I wish I could remember! I'm not much of a measurer, so I didn't even notice what size I used..just one that looked right. I used the same size for both the grosgrain and narrow organdy, but I don't have my wide organdy in it.
Does your ribbon snag on the drilled holes? No, because I used a little sanding attachement on my Dremel and sanded the edges of the holes on the inside. If you drill from the outside in, only the inside will be rough.
Is there a dowel in your box? No, I specifically wanted a system with no dowel because I'm a BIG ribbon user and frequently take my spools out to take to workshops. I put enough rolls in each side to keep the rolls from falling over and it works great! I guess this would only work if you have it full.
