Happy Friday! Here is my Twisted Sister challenge for this week, a funny Christmas card. My inspiration (once again) comes from Holly (Yungs) in this card:
I used a fixative to set the inkjet printer ink to keep the image from running, so it was a challenge to color. I used Sharpies. Normally, these images just need heat setting with your embossing gun, but cheapo inkjet refills are not kind to these! Santa's suit has white Flower Soft and his boots have MS shimmering coal glitter (glitta in Texas). The image was also sponged and Santa's eyes have a dot of CE to make them pop. Don't you love the look in his eyes! lol- that totally drew me in.
I have my sistah, Shirt (wannabcre8tive) to thank for the name of this card, thinking it might not be so nice to call it 'Don't Pee!', Shirley suggested Wanna Wii? Thanks Shirl!
Everyone is welcome to play in our Friday Challenges. This weeks Key Word is TSC0821. C'mon! Play! Thanks for looking!

Gotta say, I love Shirt's title!!! You did this one just precious. I ordered some images from Squigglefly and before I could download them, I had an emergency call from Mom. By the time I got back to it, it was gone. I emailed them but they have not responded yet. Wonder what to do now???

What a fun X-mas card and that title is too funny. The image reminds me of that old X-mas movie where the little boy wanted a bb gun but everyone told him he would shoot his eye out. When he went to visit Santa it was an awful experience - I wish I could remember the name of it. Anyway... this is a great card and I love all that DP - it is beautiful and works so well with this.

How funny is this. I love it Pat. This is the perfect image for this challenge. I really like the layout. I have been wanting to try some digis lately. I have been away getting my girls back to school. Distance does NOT make the heart grow fonder.. Makes me want to WII....hugs.

Hey, I'm back to see this child just wailing away on Santa's lap! You found a real keeper here, Pat!
During my last visit, I didn't notice your note that everyone is allowed to play in the TSC ... woohoo! Now if I just had time to stamp during the week ...
