There are some beautiful entries for this challenge contest. I've put something together here using SU Parisian Summer DSP. I used the SU Carte Postale greeting "Merci" to kind of go along with the Parisian theme!!! Aren't I so smart??? NOT!!!
As usual, this card took me to places I never planned to go. I was utterly shocked when I finished it because I had all the papers together and couldn't make it work. Usually if I hang with it long enough or take a little break, it works its way out. I think it did on this one considering how it looked about 1/2 hour before I finished it. I finished it off with some pretty sparkly gold ribbon on 2 corners lined with gold beads. That was kind of an after thought.
I hope you enjoy it and if you have a quick moment in your busy day, let me know what you think!!!
Good luck to everyone who participates in this challenge contest!

Pam, what a gorgeous card and your use of all those accessories just brought it together in a wonderful way. Love that beautiful center brad in the white flower. Super card!

Pam, this is beautiful! Love the soft colors and delicacy of it.....very very pretty! Way to go on the MM sketch! We all have days when things run fantastically smooth and others when we need a little extra push to get the card together...I think you did an awesome job with this one. Keep them coming!!
Thanks for playing along with us!

I understand what you are saying - but you certainly found just the right finishing touch - I really like the bits of ribbon and the rounded corners. (Now, do you want to come to my place to help be find these last minute touches?)

Pam, this is a beautiful color combo and a lovely layout. I'd agree with a previous poster that you "rocked it out". And you are definitely very hard on yourself, girl! You soooo have it, girl. Relax, let it free and try not to struggle! It's so there!
PS - I once made a card on a whim and didn't care what it looked like. Just needed a little down time and I said so in my description! A fellow SCSer actually applauded me for throwing all to the wind and just making a card that made me smile. I encourage you to do the same. It's very freeing. You have such talent, let it free!

I can see why you haven't had time for scrapbook pages--you've been too busy creating beautiful cards like this one! Wow! Love those flourishes in the corners, the cool center, the gold beads. Not sure what the challenge consisted of, but you've got one gorgeous card here!
