My card is also for Clear Dollar Stamp's Weekend Color Challenge at Paper Craft Planet. Come join us http://www.papercraftplanet.com/grou...lar-stamps-llc.
The challenge colors are:
Riding Hood Red
Blush Blossom
Certainly Celery
White and or Kraft as neutrals
I used the inks for my color, making it the color of the strawberries' growing stages from green to red. I noticed that after the idea came. Cool. I found this ribbon the other day at my local scrapbook store and just had to get it. I love its ruffles. You can't see too well in this photo, but I heat embossed, cut out, stitched the seeds with floss and popped up the strawberry to the left of the bottom sentiment. I am so happy with how this turned out. Fun Challenge. TFL

What a great job you did with this! The ribbon is perfect and it's a great holiday to celebrate. Around here we have a huge Strawberry Festival in May and they have things like strawberry beer and strawberry pizza.

I realized that I commented on your blog, and forgot to here!!
Such a sweet card, Lisa. Who would think to stamp the strawberries green... you are always coming up with such great ideas. This is a great color combo. It looks so fresh!
