For the honesty thread: I think a black layer under the white image would pop it up.... then maybe a trio of ribbons tied on one ribbon instead of the multiple strands... I like the greens a lot though!

Ok brutal honesty here I agree with mamakimberly about the black mat under the white. Also I think the top most green layer looks very plain, maybe a background stamp or one of the Bity background like the leaf one maybe?

Brutal Honesty: I would remove some of the ribbons, just too many things going on. And I would add a mat under the bugs, and maybe some sponging around the edge of the bugs. I really like the colors you used

brutal honesty... Ok, I would remove the ribbons going horizontal and add them all together with the vertical gingham. And I would mat the image with the glorieous green. I love the coloring though - those bugs really *pop*!

Honesty thread: I love the colors and the way the bugs pop in such cute colors! Less ribbon would probably be more - stick with the one black gingham, because it best fits the character of the stamp. The earlier suggestion to add a background stamp (or some other type of "texture) would keep the top from feeling like it's a blank expanse needing something once the horizontal ribbon is gone.

BH - take the top two ribbons off and only put them as bows on the virtical ribbon. You need a phrase or saying on the top right. Maybe mat the picture? Cute start!
