My card for this week's inspiration challenge was inspired by the Holiday Oval Wreath Kleenex box design. I punched out my basic wreath shape using two circle punches (punch the inside circle first, then position the larger circle punch over the opening). I used different size circle punches and various shades of green to create my wreath design.
The background was stamped with CHF polka dot backgrounder in PTI Fresh snow. Then I used Smooch Pearlized Accent ink to turn the polka dots into snow flakes. I also added dots of ink to my wreath. I finished with a Michael's $1 sentiment.
