I made this card for today's Color Challenge - to use Bordering Blue, So Saffron, Pink Pirouette and Chocolate Chip (optional).
Amazingly, I found this pretty DP that had all the colors in my stash. It's hard to see in the photo, but it also has threads of gold running through it. I stamped my image by coloring the stamp with markers and misting lightly to give a watercolor appearance. Did some piercing, added some brads and popped this panel up on foam tape. Added pink ribbon and more gold brads to finish it.
