This card is for the CAS Blues and Greens color challenge, CAS05. Thanks, Jen, for a fun challenge! You'll find the challenge here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I made a bunch of grid cards using Little Pieces this week, and wondered if the Martha Stewart butterfly punch would work for a grid, too. This card was the result. It's a 5.5 inch square card. I was originally going to draw a full box around the butterflies with the old olive marker, but when I got the bottom line done, I liked just that and left it alone. Cleaner and simpler, for sure!
The butterflies were attached with a glue pen only at the center, and I used a Creative Memories photo removal tool to pry/bend the wings up for a little dimensional effect. The rhinestones are from Hobby Lobby, and the sentiment is from Simple Little Things by Papertrey.
I can't wait to see what everyone else comes up with...blues and greens are my favorite colors!

This look fabulous... the colors and the daintiness of the butterflies with the little bit of bling.... really sharp looking and I have to agree, the one simple line is perfect... any more would have just been 'more'.... will definitely CASE this for my friend who loves butterflies....
