I kept: basic layout, colors, Christmas theme, and glitter technique. I changed: stamped images and color hues. I added: one layer and glitter dots.
The background panel is stamped with SU Always Artichoke and Kiwi Kiss using the Pine sprig stamp from SU Peaceful Wishes. Then I tamped a glue pad on the entire piece and heavily dusted with Martha Stewart Crystal Coarse Glitter. I allowed this panel to dry for approximately one hour while I colored the smaller panel. The bird is stamped twice, cut out, and layered. The poinsettias are colored with markers and dotted with a copic glitter pen. I like the way Dawn matted the smaller panel and followed suit. The design is adorned with Red Riding Hood double striped grosgrain ribbon and 3 ruby red glitter dots from Dress It Up. Love the sheen to this card - hope I captured a glimpse of it!
Thanx for looking!
