I followed the sketch pretty closely. Once I had all my layers in place I wrapped cording around cardstock, added the black background and tied a sheer ribbon over the treatment. The cording is held in place by notches created with my SU mini word punch. Lastly, I watercolored my image with Adirondack Reinkers and Tombow marker, backed with a black background then popped it up slightly over the ribbon.
