Hi! This card was made for today's sketch challenge.
I had to smile when I saw that Speedy the Cat had deposited this stamp in the sink this morning! Then, I got really excited when I saw this "smile" sentiment in one of my Pink Poison stamp sets! PERFECT! If you knew Speedy the Cat, you'd know that he prefers bugs to mice....He's just that kinda cat! I once dreamed that he explained to us, (in Darth Vadar's voice), that mice do NOT taste just like chicken!
The image was stamped twice onto watercolor paper and each image was colored with markers. Next, I used an aqua paper to blend the colors. The images were cut out and layered with dimensionals.
The Red and Green backgrounds were run through the Cuttlebug with embossing folders.

Faith, I think this little guy is just too cute. Fantastic coloring, I love the popped areas, the red paper color it's so vibrant, the dp, the sentiment tag and the flower treatment.
