Something blue: blue ink, blue primas, blue ribbon, top flower is punched from blue handmade paper
I don't have any colorwash, so after embossing the background on the shipping tag, I sponged on some color and spritzed it with water, blotted with paper towel and ironed between scrap paper to remove embossing powder.
