Markie's Mom (Faith) provides so much inspiration for me that I CASEd her style to make this card for my father-in-law. I hope you like it as much as I enjoyed making it.
I love to color, so this wonderful challenge was right up my alley! I used my Prismacolors with Gamsol and blending stumps to color the main image. The background panels were run through my Cuttlebug and then heavily inked using direct-to-paper and sponging. I used a Signo gel pen and SU! black marker to make the little hash marks all around the edges of the panels.

Your colors are so vibrant and earthy. What a stunner. Your hash marks on the black is a beautiful framework to showcase this wonderful masculine card. This is inspiration in itself but how wonderful to have such a community to get our own creative juices flowing. Yours have just SPLASHED all over this BEAUTY.

This card is OUT OF THIS WORLD gorgeous! I am looking at your gallery and I see you are quite new on posting just like me. We both registered on 2006. How funny! It only took us 2 years to start posting. How brave are we?
