I just loved the colors for yesterday's color challenge, but didn't get home in time last night to get something created. So I waited until this morning so I could combine it with today's sketch challenge!
This butterfly is a 3-Step stamp from Kitchen Sink Stamps. The first layer was stamped in Blush Blossom. The second layer was inked with Ruby Red ink, and stamped off once before stamping over the 1st layer. The third layer was inked with Ruby Red, then I used my Jumbo Java Versamagic dew drop inkpad to add a little bit of brown to the edges. After these layers dried completely, I stamped the third layer again using Versamark ink, and then heat embossed with clear EP for uber-detail!
My designer paper is some retired My Mind's Eye paper that I have always thought went so well with Ruby Red.
