This is being posted at the special request of JulieHRR (who can deny "The Queen"?!) This suncatcher/mobile (measuring 4 inches wide and 13 inches long when hanging) was created with the Caught in Crystal technique, a variation of the Acetate & Tissue technique, which uses Future Floor Finish instead of PPA or Crystal Effects. Instructions can be found here: http://www.rubberstampsclub.com/tips...ebruary02.html
Explanation of subject matter: My dog is a Briard (French Sheepdog). One of their unique characteristics is double dewclaws on the rear feet, hence the unusual paw print.

Thank you for the kind words, Julie. Since most of my efforts have been CASE's, I haven't produced a whole lot that's original. The outline around the images is actually from the Autoshapes function in EXCEL. I just widened the line until I was satisfied. Linda

Just to clarify: This requires two of each image on acetate. Do the Caught in Crystal technique using one of the images. After it's dry, line up and attach the second image on the back with the doublesided adhesive (or Xyron). You can see through well enough to do this after removing the liner paper. This sharpens the image itself, plus it will look good on both sides. Trim and punch holes to attach a cord for hanging. Linda

Yippee! Thanks Linda for sharing this idea- what an artist you are! I love it. Since I'm a hands on girl it'll take me a few tries to get it right, but that'll be FUN!
