Measurements: 4 ¼” x 5 ½” card, large turquoise panel: 3 7/8” 5 1/8”, pink band across: 3//4” wide, green panel 2 ¼” x 3 ½”, turquoise with image panel: 2 ½” x 2 ¾”.
*On the embossed panels I used the Pearl Ex Spray Shimmer technique. I put about a tablespoon of hair spray in a mist bottle and added a touch of Pearl Ex, shake it up and your ready to spray the cardstock and it gives it a nice shimmer pretty close to the shimmer paper but a whole lot less money.
The cardstock will curl some so I use adhesive all around the edge to secure it to the card.
*The snowflakes are embossed with Heat and Stick powder that I added Dazzling Diamonds to so itÂ’s a one step process. I used Diamond Glaze to attach the gems and the snowflakes are tacky glued to the card.
*The image is colored with artist brush and re inkers. The sky is sponged on using a handmade template from cardstock. I also sponged a bit of gray in the snow area.
I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder for the swirls panel and Fiskars embossing plate run through the Cuttlebug for the snowflakes panel.
The photo corner feature is from the EK Success Iron Eagle punch.

This is an extremely cute and cheerful card. Thank you for taking the time to explain the techniques that you used in your description. It really helps someone like me that is trying to learn new things.
