The black layer of the two small panels measure 3.25 by 2.25; they are placed ½” from the designer paper edge.
This started out as black and white card but I forgot to put the brads on before attaching layers, so out came the gems and red shows up best.
The Paisley print and butterfly are heat embossed. Butterfly is colored with Brilliance black. The edges of the butterfly and black panels are distressing with perforator tool. I also did the direct to paper with Basic Black on the butterfly panel. I glued the same amount of cardstock thickness under the outer edges of the butterfly panel so itÂ’s lies even on the card. Flowers are attached with tacky glue.

This is an excellent card! I love the sketch of course, I love the black and white with a punch of color -- great minds -- I was envisioning this with red hearts where your flowers are! And completely different background, but I love yours!
