Everything was stamped using brilliance black then colored using a combination of su w/c crayons and copics! The clouds were made by using a scalloped template (Cindy (Mothermark) and sponging with su Baja Breeze! The large seagull was stamped, colored, cut out and popped up! TFL
This is also for a challenge I do with some of my SCS friends. We were to use a stamp that we have never used or have not used in a long time!
I haven't used the lighthouse for almost a year and have never used the seagulls!

Well, I can't remember if I've commented on this card or not Fran, but I know I have come to *look* at it several times! I love how you turned this layout into a scene and the bird is cut out of the rectangle.. very clever.. beautiful card!

This is the most amazingly beautiful card, Fran!! I love the scenery panels, complete with the cloud bg!! That seagull coming out of the card is so 3-D!! Gorgeous!!! truly one of your best efforts!! TFS!
