Hi! This card was made for today's Ways To Use It Challenge: Spice It Up! We were to use SPICES on our card...
Markie came in and woke me up this morning holding two jars of Grill Masters Spices. He looked disgusted, and said, "Mom, these were under the bath mat with some stamps and some Cedar Twigs! I almost broke my head on the toilet!" I said, "Okay...I guess Speedy the Cat is going nuts...Maybe he wants us to grill salmon on the grill over some cedar chips?" Markie was not amused...
Then, I checked the challenge. I almost fainted dead away! OMGosh! Speedy the Cat must be sneaking into my office and checking the challenges! That's the only reasoning I can come up with! I mean, Markie doesn't even know my password that allows the computer to boot up!!!! And, Mark is overseas!!!! SPOOKY!!!
So, as per Speedy the Cat's advice, I used this new stamp set from H&M Stamps. I stamped the image twice and colored them with markers. Then, I cut out both images and layered the head.
The GROUND/grass/twigs is Grill Master's Spice!!! Believe me when I tell you, I had a devil of a time getting the GRINDER off!!! I now sport two stylin' Sponge Bob bandaids!
The twigs at the top are from the Cedar tree. I used the Oval Punches to make tabs to hold them!
The moon was made by punching a 1" circle and then using the same punch to cut and area out!
Dots were made with an Inkssentials pen and marker.

Faith, I need to meet Speedy the cat. Does he like card rides. LOL
Honestly this card is fabulous. I love the look of the ground that the little bear is sleeping on and the pine branches are the perfect finishing touch. Your rock girl......

This is awesome! I couldn't even tell where the spices were until you pointed it out. They blend in so well. Maybe I need some Sponge Bob bandaids to go w/ my Sponge Bob pajamas. (Don't ask; everyone makes fun of them.) Great job, Faith!
