This is for SC137 and I wanted to use Anna's (SweetMissDaisy's) Pudgy by Whipper Snapper. He is the perfect size for this layout. Things were going along fine until somehow I got some red reinker washed down into the white of Pudgy's body. Ugh!!! I decided pudgy needed a little more gray shading to see if I could cover up the red. You can tell where this story is going can't you??!! He kept getting darker and darker until I decided he would be a dirty snowman sitting in partially thawed, a little muddy snow. I painted on some caramel around him and then patted on liquid applique with my finger tip to make some funky looking snow. Ok!!! So I didn't do Anna justice...let's just say he is a country snowman that got dirty. Colored with reinkers and watercolor brushes. Does anyone else but me think that the SU Artichoke grosgrain ribbon can swing both ways between artichoke and olive?????

Beautiful! You have such a way of finishing your cards with the layout, papers, colors and those great extras!! I also love those new snowmen stamps of Anna's but wasn't sure how to show the white on white. Your snowman looks perfect! TFS

Oh my goodness Kittie I would have not thought twice about Mr. snowman other than you were trying to make it stand out and not be to white. He is just adorable and I love the card entirely!! so awesome.

Oh Kittie, he's so perfect just the way he is. Anna is going to love this. I love the background paper and I totally agree with you about the ribbon. This card is so adorable! The brads really set this off.
