I LOVE Roxie's sketch today!! It's so versatile and I expect I'm going to find myself using it over and over.
I used the embossed resist technique to create the main panel: french script stamped in versamark and clear embossed, foliage stamped in timber brown stazon and then the entire panel was sponged in pear pizzaz and island indigo (my new favorite combo!) then the edge touched with early espresso. The bird from Touch of Nature was stamped in the stazon and watercolored with the same inks, then popped up over the NQN retired ribbon and the pear pizzazz seam binding. A sentiment from Verve adds the finishing touch.

I'm looking through the gallery for this beloved stamp set (I used it 3 times yesterday!) and came across this beauty. WOWZA. I love everything about it...the colors the combo of ribbons, stunning card.
