Toy, it's a beautiful card. What did you use to attach the vellum? I have trouble with glue, etc. showing through unless I hide it under another embellishment.
I'm sorry to hear that you have sad memories in May. I lost my Dad 18 years ago May 12th. It's hard to believe it's been that long. I still vividly remember his last few weeks which were so hard on him and the family.

Beautiful card. And I'm so sorry for your loss. You must have loved your Mom very much. The colors on your card are quite soothing to the eyes, exciting in the details and just plain beautiful.
Thank you for sharing your love for your Mom and for creating such a lovely card.

Growing through challenges
I have never played along with this challenge, but just recently I've found myself with some extra time, and this card makes me want to play! I think it's one of the most beautiful cards I've ever seen! I'm sure your mom is looking down enjoying your wonderful work! TFS

This is beautiful. I love every detail you have here. My mom has been gone for 26 years now and not a day goes by that I don't think about something concerning her. I'm lucky too to have a good friend in my step-mom.
