Easy, fun, mail friendly card ! In a Crafts magazine I saw many years ago there was a project to make a Santa pin using fabric scraps (or maybe it was yarn?) on a small rectangular piece of wood, so this is partly inspired by that project. Thanks for looking !
I ran a 1/4 sheet of Whisper White card stock through the Cuttlebug swirls folder, then cut it into pieces to make his beard, moustache and hat trim. I freehand cut a curved shape, sort of like a narrow pointy oval from the upper portion. The remaining skinny part became the hat trim once I rounded the opposite side, the larger lower portion is the beard. The middle skinny pointy oval became the moustache once I trimmed out the double swooped part. I am sorry that this may not be very clear, I can't think of an easier way to explain it - and I don't have a sketch.
