This is my card for this month's My Favorite Things Guest Designer Challenge. We were to make a card with black trimmed in black with black embellishments. This is my story:
1. Ever since the Bones Family moved into the neighborhood, about a dozen of the neighborhood dogs have been trying to get the nerve up to go to the door and ask for bones. They gotta have bones in that house right?
2. You've heard of a double dawg dare? Baxter decided to take his buddies up on a dozen dawg dare! All the dogs have noticed that every now and then the kids in the neighborhood dress up, knock on people's doors and get treats!! It's gotta work right?
3. Mom is so embarrassed about Baxter's bad behavior that she made Johnny try to get him back home. Baxter out weighs Johnny and he simply can't budge him.
4. Push harder Johnny!!
The moral of the story?
1. Dogs will do anything for a bone!
2. Moms will do anything to avoid being embarrassed in front of the neighbors.
3. Kids will do anything their moms tell them to!

HEE HEE HEE! I love the incognito dog...and I love how you twisted the story from a little boy hugging his dog to pushing him back home...how DO you come up with these things...but, must admit my mind is starting to get twisted, too, because when I saw the title of your card, and the thumbnail, I thought it was an outhouse stamps-OMG!!!

Ummm...I think you're missing something on that last moral of the story, because I *still* don't do everything my mom tells me to. Like, I still haven't sent her a new CD of pictures because she FOUND hers!! And here you were accusing me of never having sent it in the first place just to play with her head. I may not behave all the time, but I'm nicer than that! If I was going to mess with someone's head, it would be my DH's because then I'm around to see my handywork, hahaha!
I like the dog's costume on your card. I have Halloween costumes for my dogs...Sadie was Darth Vader one year, and the next when we had both kids, they got to be Supergirl and Batdog. But I couldn't get either of them to wear any kind of hat...
