I was inspired by the rich colors and warm tones in this image on our inspiration site here:https://www.pinterest.com/pin/277041814551855295/ (Audrie, your pin was a video, so I went to the card itself for the link - hope that is ok)
First I splattered with masking fluid, then I used the technique that Jill Foster demonstrates on the Penny Black blog; Basically, it involves stamping with the MISTI multiple times, adding ink to different parts of the stamp and spritzing with water before stamping
(some of the times) for the watercolor look. Then, without moving the stamp, you stamp again with versamark and clear embossing powder, and heat set. This preserves the watercolor image and allows you to sponge the bg. Before embossing in clear however, you need to rub off the masking fluid splats that are on the image itself. Then, after sponging the bg, I rubbed off the rest of the splats and stamped the sentiment. Matted and adhered to card front - very happy with how this turned out!!

Wow! I just got this stamp and was looking for inspiration here on SCS. You are the only person on here that attempted this stamp. I only hope to do half as good as you did. This is outstanding work with that technique!
