When I saw this weeks CAS327 Challenge to thank Angie aka "oh my paper" because she is stepping down as a DT member I knew I wanted to CASE one of Angie's beauties. Here is Angie's Butterfly Card that I LOVE!
Then I discovered several challenges this week that fit my ideas :-) Love when that happens.
I used the Stencil Monoprint technique (in keywords) for the background and made another watercolor paper piece using my craft mat, spritzer and then smooching my paper. I heat dried between smooches to get the more outlined splatter look. Then used the piece to die cut the butterflies and use for sentiment and a piece inside. Kept all the rest for a future project..LOL!
My quandry...how to keep it CAS. I thought the angled piece really solved that problem. I really LOVE the results and hope you do too.
Enjoy.....Thanks girls for all your Inspiration!
P.S. Retake of photo to get correct colors with new Canon Power Shot G1X :-) 11-11-15

Gorgeous soft blend from blue to yellow and I love the pretty print on your butterflies. Every time I see that layout I think it looks fabulous but I am yet to try it. It looks superb on your card.
