Roxie always seems to come up with wonderful layouts for the Sketch Challenge and today's is no exception.
I tried a new approach for me for coloring a flower. The flower stamp in this case lays down the over all color. I didn't want to "rock n' roll" or have a solid colored rose. So I stamped it on pink CS with VM...this gave me a roadmap as to where I was going. I then used my Copics to add more color. That's how the light outlines remain.

Wow.wow,wow...your technique is simply stunning. I love how your images turned out, and the ribbon and papers are beautiful. Absolutely wonderful card. Again!

This is by far the most beautiful image with this stamp. I am not sure how you got those variations in color, but the end result is just amazing, Sallie. I can practically smell the rose.
