This is a birthday card for a very special bd Girl, celebrating her special day today. I am so happy I had the chance to roll back the clock and honor Angela, because I missed her FS back in February.
I chose Angela's Shining the Light card, and tried to keep true to her layout, changing the colors and image only. I did not have the pretty metal corners, but made due. The main image is from SU's classic Wild Wild West and is water colored and paper pieced using DP and Choc Chip papers. I also used my 2nd favorite SU set- Roses in Winter to highlight the image as Angella did. The blooms are from the Dollar Store and the Happy Trails twill is from Creative Cards, Etc. His vest has a coat of Fun Flock.
Angela, your work has always amazed me, and also touched my heart. So today, my friend, I hope you can enjoy a little more FS. Thank you so much for all you share in this place- because your heart is truly in it!

This card cost me $119. When I saw that stitching, I had to buy the sewing machine I saw at Costco. Thank goodness they don't have the Wild West stamp set there. Just a gorgeous card, every single detail.
