I really like this sketch. Easy to work with.
I used DCWV old world dp for my base. I love the soft colors. Then, on dark gray cs, I CB'd the two panels for the bg. I forgot to look at the brand of the stamp (will do when I get home from work and edit), but I stamped it with black Whisper ink and then stamped with a dauber with Whisper sage ink to soften the stark white cs. I matted with a dark green cs.
I stamped (and again, forgot to look at the brand) a rose twice onto white cs, colored with colored pencils and used my Versamark pen to highlight some areas. I then heat embossed those areas with Jewel gold ep. I cut out the roses and placed them on 3D dots on the sentiment.
