Ok, here's the deal.. I am starting October 14th at Joann's teaching cardmaking classes. My first class is a mother/daughter stamp class. They will make 1 Christmas card (this), a Thank You card (fall theme) and an altered box.
I am only allowed to use what Joann's sells. This is tough for an old SU! girl! I tried to keep it simple as it's a beginner's class.
Advice would be appreciated!

FAN-TABULOUS!!! You are showing these beginners they don't have to stay *beginners* in an easy way. Let them opt for the embellishments, I bet they go for it!!! This is a card where THEY can use their own creativity, too. Darling snowman stamp. tuvkfs

Nice to see a card -- I've been missing your daily creations that I have become so accustomed to -- this card is gorgeous, adorable, wonderful -- they will LOVE it -- BEST OF LUCK TO YOU -- it'll go wonderfully -- wish I could come -- you have this snowman colored so beautifully -- please keep us all posted!!!
I think it is a great beginner card. There are enough elements to make the person think they are doing something really special and yet the stamping is pretty simple. The card is striking Holly! Great card,
