Pastel embossing (TLC7 ... never tried it ... but what a fun technique! Embossed the sunflower in white (on Buckaroo Blue cardstock) and then used my blender pens and chalks in various colors to color the sunflower. Cut it out and applied to card using dimensionals to really make it POP!
All layers are stamped with the Weathered background and I sponged all the edges to dirty it up a bit.
This card also works for SC66.

I really love this! Your choice of background colours kind of remind me of milkpaint like you'd find on an old barn - really goes well with the sunflower!

Was thinking about the Sunflower set in the SU Catty. This stamp is so pretty too (I must love sunflowers) ...it's officially on my wish list now...and perfect choice of technique! Beautiful card! TFS!
