Lisa is throwing a tea party this week for Christi (Craf-T-Bear). Christi is having health issues and we would love to cheer her.
My card was created using a Sizzix Impresslits frame with matching die cut. I love being able to emboss and cut at the same time.
I die cut two of the kitties and fussy cut one, then placed inside the frame.
My card is what Jennifer McGuire (you tube) shows as a fake shaker card. I just placed sequins to the top and punched some stars which I colored with Copics. You do not need to use acetate for this easy card. Of course, none of it will shake. But, I do love the ease of making it.
I used Copics to color the kittens and stars. Hope Christi will like it.

Brenda, this is really cool! Embossing and cutting at the same time make for a stunning look!! Of course, you know I love those kitties!!! Fabulous card!

Oh, Benz, I love shaker cards but I have never made one. Now that I see a faux one can be made, I will have to put it on my list of things to do. I love the cute kitties. I didn't know an embossed die cut existed. There's so much I am in the dark about. Great card.
