Today's inspiration site is Wayfair...filled with things for the home. This photo appealed to me with its dash of red as did these glass jars. It was a "combined inspiration" to use the PowerPoppy image.
I used watercolors as my medium.

me thinks watercoloring brings you a lovely serenity, Sallie. This is simply another outstanding example of your craft. I especially love the contrast of the rough corragated mat against the delicate floral display.
Our gardens watercolored or living are rich in color these days.

Oh, Sallie! Knowing how small and intricate this stamp is makes this all the more amazing. Your watercoloring skills know no end, and this is absolutely exquisite! I'm with Nancy about carefully examining your work as well as admiring it, and one day I want to make some time to just sit and play with one of your images in front of me to try to learn some of your methods. And, yes, practice makes perfect, and you've achieved perfection IMHO, my friend! This is gorgeous! Hugs!
