Todays challenge is to use the color purple for a birthday card!

The ink was applied directly to the stamp, spritzed and stamped! I then used a brush to give it the watercolor effect. I also used a white watercolor pencil in places. A copic marker was used to add color around image! TFL!

Oh, Fran, this is gorgeous, and I love your watercoloring! I love the idea of using a white watercolor pencil too - never thought of that! Beautifully done with a lovely mat to finish it off perfectly! Wow! Hugs!

Francie, I looked through your gallery and it appears we both love watercolor (she smiles). This card really caught my attention. Francie, it's lovely, simply lovely! I'd love to see you continue to work with this stamp using different types of watercolor mediums. I love the "sketchy" look of this - and the technique was absolutely perfect for the stamp. You've really inspired me to try this technique too. Super job with this Top Notch card!
