This is for Lee's fun CAS challenge - I rarely use those last three words in one sentence, but I really did have fun making this.
The background is a mixed media scrap, complete with stamped images. Some of the stamping is a bit shonky which means this scrap predates my MISTI purchase!!
M = mushrooms, mixed media
A = alcohol and aloe vera based hand sanitiser
Y = yellow caps on magic mushrooms
To get the bright glow on the horizon I put about half a teaspoon of alcohol based hand sanitiser on a scrunched up baby wipe and held it firmly in place until enough colour got sucked out of it. This took about 2 minutes - I am not surprised that it kills 99.9% of germs!!
I lightly brushed a silver Brilliance ink pad over the mushroom tops and then I used a bright yellow Inktense pencil to give it a magic mushroom glow.
Thank you for looking and I hope you have a terrific week.
