This week's challenge is all about the inners....inside of the card, and how we finish our envelopes. I started by using a stencil and a sponge that was dampened with water. Using the ink pad sponged the stencil. I then added lines with a brush using the ink. Added sponging and the gold leaf lines with the pen. I did the same for the inside. The envelope is hard to see, but I scored three lines on the flap and added a gold line. Hope you can come and play in the challenge this week. TFL

Oh my! This is a work of art...the ferns look like you watercolored them by hand. Thanks for sharing his you achieved this dreamy, arty effect, I will definitely give it a try. Reading that you did add a lot of hand artwork, like brushing in the lines down the leaves and doing the gold line work, I now understand why it looks so fabulous. Lovely creation, inside & out! TFS this lovely card set.

Linda, this is so serene. Beautifully crafted, and honestly, nothing in my humble opinion gives a more tailored and elegant look than using a gold trim on a classic card like this. Beautiful.

This card is gorgeous. I don't know how I missed it the first time through the gallery. I really love the ferns, and the gold leaf. Great stenciling and sponging. Love the simplicity of this very beautiful card. tfs.
