Such a tertific card for both challenges. The pastel rainbow ef background really turned out so nicely. Your balloons with the white highlights are fantastic. I love how you designed this card with the twine.

This is a terribly pretty card Sallie! I love the range of colours you used in that wonderful background. The variations in colour intensity add a lot of movement. Your painting of the balloons is darn near perfection! Lovely, lovely, lovely!
