I used these earrings for inspiration using the colors and shape.
The background panels were created with Ranger alcohol inks, listed from the bottom up: Citrus, Lettuce, Willow, Meadow, Cloudy Blue, Sail Boat Blue and blender solution in the sky only.
The Perfect Layers tools from Perfect Paper Crafting was used to cut the black borders. Use any brand craft knife or rotary cutter for cutting. A tutorial video can be found on the company site.
The tools can also be used for getting that perfect space between panels by snugging it up to one panel and snugging the next panel up to the tool.
The Memory Box flowers and stems were cut twice, the leaves were debossed and flowers cut away to avoid bulk before layering over the top of the first cutting.
The blooms were cut twice from coral cardstock, one piece was glued to the full green stem as is and the second was debossed then glued over the first.
The small center flower are cut using a Fiskars border punch and debossed, its tiny center is cut using a Cuttlebug Tiny Tags die.
The Cheery Lynn butterfly is cut and layered three times, decorated with EK Success Stickos in yellow.

All the die cuts were glued together and to the card with AleeneÂ’s tacky glue.
